Горные гориллы Бвинди

На юге Уганды, недалеко от границы с Демократической республикой Конго располагается реликтовый лес Бвинди, сохранившийся еще с последнего ледникового периода. Лес Бвинди является домом для 340 горных горилл — это почти половина общего их количества на планете. Вторая часть живёт на лесистых склонах вулканических гор Вирунга на стыке Руанды, Уганды и Конго на высоте более 2000 метров.
