No, it is an abandoned building - no renovation coming up despite the amazing view - literally the best in the resort (which is down below, where the sea is). This is a small mountain village in Crete, Greece.

Found this by chance - the window was broken and it was just on the street. Seems it's been abandoned for at least a decade.
