All those shoots are under forest light and I have used only polarizing filter to take of all reflections and saturate those colors...

I thought you used for water a filter ND8 or ND400 or ...
So, the effect of the water is achieved only by the low speed shutter maybe!

It was a day without sun, Under forest You do not have plenty of light, and all those exposures are around one second... I have ND filters but did not consider was needed in those situations.
