Саша, точно не помню сколько секунд, зависит от остальных показателей ( выдержка, диафрагма) и на сколько светло на улице в этот момент. ND 100 думаю, что будет маловато для такого состояния воды, пари открытом солнце. Задержку нужно сделать не менее 30 сек. Ну разве что будет недостаточность освещения. В любом случае нужно пробовать и экспериментировать.
Виктор, конечно же приятно читать такие слова. Скорее всего Вы улавливаете или чувствуете мой стиль, стиль как художника и человека. Но скажу одно точно- Готовлю к публикацию фотографию только в позитивном настроении!)
