Heyran's Girls
"Heyran" located in Lorestan-Iran is the winter quarter of a group of nomads with 58 families. Accessing to "Heyran" is feasible by eight hours of mountain climbing from the last asphalt road. Their summer quarter in the spring is Venizan mountain slopes. They traverse this road by 2 to 3 days of walking. Heyran's girls play an important role in the daily life; bringing water, gathering woods for the fire, milking the sheep and the goats, weaving carpets, preparing foods, taking care of the children,........ and so on are upon the girls and the women. Every day in the early morning they start working at sunrise.
Zaynab,Khodabas,Amaneh,Flaynaz,Fatemeh,Masoumeh,Mehras,Zolaykhah,Roghieh,Mehri,Fariba,Soghra ,...............are the examples of the beautiful names of Heyran's girls and women. Heyran's girls' and women's way of clothing is very interesting to see. Having bright colors and beautiful patterns are of their outfits' features.
