Sunlit Patterns of Clay
At a traditional pottery workshop in Tân Biên, hundreds of freshly shaped clay bowls are carefully arranged in rhythmic rows under the sun. A local artisan, wearing a conical hat, moves methodically through the patterns, turning and inspecting each piece. The contrast between the earthy tones of raw clay and the pale surfaces of drying ceramics creates a striking visual harmony. This scene reflects not only the precision of craftsmanship but also the quiet dedication behind Vietnam’s enduring pottery traditions.
