35PHOTO processes personal data needed to operate the site, provide registration and support, and process voluntary payments: name, email address, profile data and technical visit data.

Data is used only to operate 35PHOTO services, support users, meet legal requirements and maintain security. The site does not store bank-card details; they are processed by the payment service.

A user may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data by emailing support@35photo.ru.

Visit statistics. To understand which sections of the site are of interest and where visitors come from, we keep our own anonymised statistics. Two cookies are set in your browser: gp_v (a random browser identifier, 60 days) and gp_s (the identifier of the current visit, 30 minutes). They let us tell new visits from returning ones. The statistics include the type of page opened (without the address or parameters), the site the visitor came from, the country, the device type (phone, tablet, computer), the active time on the page and whether a goal such as registration was reached. IP address, name and e-mail are not stored in these statistics. Detailed records are kept for up to 45 days, the browser identifier in calculation tables for up to 90 days, and the resulting totals without identifiers are kept indefinitely. Statistics are not collected if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then work incorrectly.
