Из-за деятельности человека численность рябчика, как и многих других первоцветов, к сожалению, сокращается: сбор на букеты, вырубка лесов, распашка степей и лугов, весенние палы, выпас скота, уничтожение местообитаний – всё это негативно сказывается на состоянии вида.
