Lighting up the Milky Way

We are in Tenerife, Punta de Teno lighthouse, a magnificent place on the northwest coast of the island. I've been designing this photo from home for a long time but everything is different in the field. The difficulties were many: first of all the size of the lighthouse, without my 14mm it would have been very difficult to include everything in the photo. But the biggest problem was the intermittent beams generated by the lighthouse; being the place very dark, I had to shoot with very long times and managing those beams both in the field and in post-production was really a feat. Same thing for the "dome" of the lighthouse, with the long exposure the result was completely white, so I had to work with a multi-exposure on an object intermittently!
