Новото́ржский Борисогле́бский монасты́рь — мужской монастырь Тверской епархии Русской православной церкви, расположенный в городе Торжке Тверской области. Монастырь, созданный ранее Киево-Печерской лавры, называют «одним из древних, а может быть, и самым древним» из-за отсутствия письменных свидетельств о более ранних обителях.
Вопрос о времени основания монастыря остаётся открытым. Первое достоверное упоминание о нём относится к 1534 году
