Снежный барс на данный момент - самое редкое млекопитающее России и самая редкая большая кошка мира. В природе по оценкам IUCN осталось 2710-3386 взрослых особей, даже меньше, чем тигров (2608-3905). Увидеть это чудо в природе большая редкость и неизвестно насколько долго такая возможность будет сохранятся на нашей планете с учетом отношения к природе человека. Ирбисов снимаю в природе с 2013 года, надеюсь эта возможность будет сохранена для наших детей и внуков.

The snow leopard is currently the rarest mammal in Russia and the rarest big cat in the world. According to IUCN, there are 2,710-3,386 adult individuals left in the wild, even fewer than tigers (2,608-3,905). Seeing this miracle in nature is a great rarity and it is unknown how long this opportunity will remain on our planet. I have been filming snow leopards in the wild since 2013, I hope this opportunity will be preserved for our children and grandchildren.
