Вулкан Толбачик находится в центральной части Камчатки, в 600 километрах от города Петропавловск-Камчатский. Толбачик – это два очень близко расположенных друг к другу вулкана: Острый Толбачик, потухший, высотой 3682 метра и Плоский Толбачик, действующий, высотой 3085 метров.
