Вспомнил фильм - "Зайчик", там чиновник, который не давал добро на снос гаражей для строительства детской площадки все время разговаривая по телефону говорил: будем красить в синий цвет, привет семье, само собой. Этот кот очень на него похож. Причем сидит он не на своем, а на соседском заборе. На свой ему не забраться так чтобы видеть проходящих мимо. Фулиган.
