everything, nothing

“When imagining is not enough, when crying is not enough, when laughing is not enough. When forgetting is not enough. And remembering does not feed, and the morning does not rise, when the night does not cover, and food does not fill. And yet, everything runs, nothing happens. Everything, nothing.”

Cuando imaginar no basta, cuando llorar no basta, cuando reír no basta. Cuando no basta con olvidar. Y el recordar no alimenta, y la mañana no levanta, cuando la noche no arropa, y el alimento no llena. Y aun así, todo corre, nada ocurre. Todo, nada.
