This work is inspired by the elegance of the Rococo era and the historical figure Madame de Pompadour (Jeanne Antoinette Poisson, 1721–1764). She was one of the most influential aristocratic women of France, the cultural companion of Louis XV, and a great patron of art, architecture, and painting in the 18th century.
