Two Common Buzzards engage in a dramatic territorial confrontation on the ground. One bird dominates the scene with an impressive defensive posture while the second remains partially hidden behind it, creating a powerful composition full of tension and natural behavior. Soft light and a beautifully blurred background emphasize every feather and the intensity of the moment.
Good eye for positioning Damian. The separation between the birds and that background is excellent, really isolates the subject. Sharp focus on the lead buzzard’s plumage tells the story without needing more context. Solid capture of the tension.
