Sarus Crane are the tallest flying birds in the word .In parts of north India .They are a symbol of marital virtue. They from long lasting bonds and maintain territories within which they perform territories and courtship displays that include loud trumpeting , leaps and dance-like movements It is widely believed that the sarus pairs for life and that death of one partner leads to the other pining to death. Family For the last feature of the Birds of India series is a family of Sarus Crane.
