Драматичное ущелье долины реки Бьорейу.
Водопад Вёрингсфоссен - высота свободного падения воды составляет 145 метров. Уровень воды в реке регулируется в соответствии с потребностями электростанций, но есть требования для минимального расхода воды 12 м³ воды в секунду в течение летнего сезона.
