Берущая своё начало от одноименного водопада, порожденного таянием ледников Эльбруса, река Терскол дала, так же, и название небольшому горному поселку, расположенному не далеко от поляны Азау.
Терскол, Приэльбрусье, Кабардино-Балкария.
