такое ощущение, что вода сейчас стеной поднимется. Думаю, эффект в том, что так, как показано на этом снимке человек воду не видит: отсутствие пены, ряби от ветра и т.п. А гладкая ровная вода бывает, когда большая волна накатывает. Короче, психоделическое фото...)
