в небе над Череповцом засветились серебристые облака.
Возникают они в мезосфере на высоте 75—95 км над земной поверхностью (образуясь практически на границе земной атмосферы и космоса), видны только при освещении Солнцем когда оно находится на высоте 6—16° под горизонтом и являются самыми высокими облаками в атмосфере.
