Choose your addictions wisely... Disconnect in order to connect... Choose nature... Stop! Look around. Don't just look at that tree. See it. I mean, really see it. Feel its cracked bark and listen to the sound of its leaves. Smell the grass, breathe in the scent of the flowers. Talk to the creek. Go to the ocean. Lie down. Let your skin feel the cold of the ground, let the breeze shower your face...
