"St. Ivan Rilski", also referred to as Submerged church is a church in the village Zapalnya which was sunk in 1965 during construction of a dam Jrebchevo. The church is the only remnant of the village. The temple bears the name of the Bulgarian saint Ivan Rilski (John of Rila).
