Рядом с озером Чандра Тал на высоте около 4200 м, территориально относится к долине Спити, хотя и отделено от него перевалом Кунзум Ла (4551 м). Сам же озеро Чандра Тал оказалось не так фотогенично - оно находится в глубокой складке между горами, подняться достаточно высокого, чтобы его снять, уже не хватало до заката времени.
