Ровно 200 лет назад, 28 января 1820 года, Первая Русская Антарктическая Экспедиция под руководством Фаддея Беллинсгаузена и Михаила Лазарева открыла последнюю неизвестную большую землю, закрыв тем самым эпоху великих географических открытий.
Интересно, увидели ли они что-то подобное тому что увидели мы в последняй яктенной экспедиции к берегам Антактиды.
