This is first time I try to shoot a long exposure photo at 3:00 PM, the strong sunshine make the long exposure is very hard.
I use 8 stops ND + 2 Stops CPL and over exposure 2 stops get 15 seconds time.

Do a lot of things at Photoshop to get the correct exposure of the water.

2 Stop over exposure at RAW and adjust at Photoshop.
