Привокзальная площадь в Хабаровске начала осваиваться в 1897 году, когда построили первый железнодорожный деревянный вокзал. В 1920 году вокзал уничтожил пожар. Новый каменный вокзал начали отстраивать в 1926 году, а спустя ещё девять лет вокзал был достроен окончательно. В период реконструкции в 2007 году архитекторы дополнительно украсили фасады здания, придав ему красивый вид. В центре площади обращенный лицом к зданию вокзала стоит памятник Ерофею Павловичу Хабарову. ДРУГОЙ покороче вариант http://rasfokus.ru/photos/photo1040394.html
