Этот предновогодний день начал с йоги, и от этого утро стало еще более ясным. Состояние СЕБЯ- чутким и наполненным.
Вообще я каждое утро нахожу время для практики , будь то йога, медитация, тай-цзи, танец или любой комплекс образных упражнений, позволяющий волевому усилию сконценцентрироваться и расслабиться. В динамике или статике форм тела с помощью контроля дыхания почувствоваться целостность восприятия и тишину ума.
