Новое здание, построенное в 2014 году на месте разрушенного в 20е годы мужского монастыря и храма. С этого исторического места начинался Белгород, здесь располагалась с 1650 года Белгородская крепость. Справа, храм -часовня во имя святителя Иоасафа, епископа Белгородского, Чудотворца. Стеклянный купол с ангелом наверху это пещерка со склепом святителя, обнаруженная при раскопках в 2009 году.
