Вилла мастера каменщика Августа Шварца построена в Пройсиш Эйлау на Ландсбергер-штрассе в 1920-х годах.Приказом Службы государственной охраны объектов культурного наследия Калининградской области от 28 марта 2011 года № 17 вилла Шварца получила статус выявленного объекта культурного наследия.
