Оше́йниковая че́рнеть, или ко́льчатая че́рнеть (Aythya collaris) — маленькая североамериканская птица из семейства утиных.
Продолжительность жизни этой птицы колеблется от пяти до 10 лет в дикой природе. Однако самая долгоживущая кольцешейная утка прожила в неволе до 20 лет.
Самка кольчатой утки ежедневно откладывает в гнездо одно яйцо, а всего каждая самка откладывает в свое гнездо до восьми-десяти яиц. Для вылупления им требуется 25–29 дней, и самка кольцевидной утки остается со своими птенцами, пока они не смогут летать.
