Практически все конфликты у золотистых щурок сводятся к попытке взять в захват клюв соперника и сбросить его с ветки. Представлен момент единоборства двух самцов, причем одного с подлета. Поражает молниеносность реакции птиц, отточенность движений, отсутствие травм и повреждений по результатам потасовок, ведь клювы у них острые, как шило.
