A place out of this world - Diamond Beach in Iceland.
On this day, we watched the sunset on the shore of the glacial lake next to the beach, which was full of impressive icebergs. After that, the plan was to shoot the blue hour on the ocean shore. Unfortunately the "diamonds" were missing and the beach had nothing to do with all the pictures I had seen beforehand. We realized why they were missing - they had stopped to "wait" for low tide in the channel between the glacial lake and the ocean. They had literally huddled in one place and waited. We spent a few hours on the beach in peaceful night walks with no one around. At one point the tide came in and suddenly the big icebergs swam towards the ocean. Not long after, some of them began to dock at the beach, and it was just in time - for the sunrise. Some broken into whimsical shapes, others whole, huge and smoothed, but all unique and beautiful. A magical moment that I will remember for a long time.
