Стесняшка

In this captivating fine-art photograph titled "Стесняшка" (The Shy One), Russian photographer Stukalova Yuliya captures the quiet charm of a red squirrel in its natural winter habitat. Perched gracefully atop a snowy mound, the creature’s bushy tail curls elegantly behind it as it delicately holds and nibbles on a nut. Its alert posture and curious gaze convey both caution and curiosity—a perfect snapshot of woodland life during the cold season. The soft focus background enhances the subject's vivid reddish-brown fur against the crisp white snow, creating a visually striking contrast that highlights the beauty found in nature’s smallest moments.
