СЕНТЯБРЬ С МОЛИТВОЮ К ДРЕВНЕЙ СВЯТЫНЕ АЛЕЮЩИМ СОЛНЦЕМ НАД КЕРЧЬЮ ВСХОДИЛ.

Храм Святого Иоанна Предтечи. Историки датируют его постройку VI-VIII веком с последующей реконструкцией в X веке и дополнительными пристройками в первой половине XIX века. Храм возведен в крестово-купольном стиле. Древнейший памятник византийского зодчества в Крыму. Так же является единственным сооружением, сохранившимся со времён Тмутараканского княжества. Ныне, как и 1200 лет назад здесь проходят богослужения. Сентябрь 2017 год.
