Если Вы про крымские, то они ооочень мелкие, даже чистить невозможно. Помню, не осилили))) Это северные. В Крыму я люблю в ресторанах рапаны в сливочном соусе. И шашлык из них делали в горах Балаклавы. В Москве их тоже покупаю, готовлю.
А пЫво нет, все выпили))) я обожаю по пятницам или субботам креветки и пиво)
