На самом деле эти пончики ( суфганиёт) варят в кипящем масле , ну а уже потом украшают сверху разными вкусняшками . Они очень жирные и лично я их не ем , даже на хануку ( это праздник , когда их в основном и продают ) . Забавно наблюдать как некоторые после двух, трёх таких пончиков пьют dite cola , ну типа того , что бы не поправиться .....))))
