Самое большое озеро Северного Кавказа находится на границе Дагестана и Чечни. Популярное место отдыха чеченцев, где можно отдохнуть в гостинице, позаниматься спортом и насладиться прекрасными видами изумрудных холмов, окружающих Кезенойам.

В СССР на озере располагалась база олимпийской сборной по гребному спорту, где спортсмены могли тренироваться в условиях высокогорья (1800 метров). База была полностью разрушена во время Чеченских войн.
