Hallet Cove Wave

This is first time I try to shoot a long exposure photo at 3:00 PM, the strong sunshine make the long exposure is very hard. I use 8 stops ND + 2 Stops CPL and over exposure 2 stops get 15 seconds time. Do a lot of things at Photoshop to get the correct exposure of the water. Camera Canon EOS 60D Exposure 15 Aperture f/18.0 Lens EF 17-40 mm L @35mm Focal Length 35 mm ISO Speed 100 Lightcraft Workshop ND8~400 ND Filter @ ND400 B+W 77mm F-pro Kaesmann Polarizer 2 Stop over exposure at RAW and adjust at Photoshop.
